Manufacturer warranties generally start from the date your product is installed — your job completion / invoice date. Your quote package confirms the exact product and start date for your roof.
What voids it?
Typically: unapproved modifications, skipping the recommended maintenance and wash-downs, physical or storm damage, or later repairs carried out by others. The manufacturer's full terms (coming soon) set out the specifics for this product.
How do I make a claim?
