We don't cut corners on materials. Where a manufacturer offers a warranty — like Roofrite's 15-year coating warranty or Monier's 50-year tile warranty — you get it in writing. Those product warranties sit alongside our own workmanship warranty.
| What | Warranty |
|---|---|
| Roof coating / painting Roofrite restoration systems | Concrete tile & Decramastic systems: 15-year performance warranty. Galvanised iron system: 10-year (roof not previously painted, galvanising sound & under 10 yrs old, no red rust). Covers flaking/peeling/cracking, not minor colour fade. |
| Long-run iron & flashings Roofing Industries (Corrugate, Trapezoidal, TrimRib, True Oak) | Warranted through the steel coating system and your environment — ColorCote up to ~30-yr paint + 30-yr perforation; COLORSTEEL up to ~18-yr paint / 50-yr perforation in milder zones. We supply the exact certificate per job. |
| Pressed-metal tiles (ColourTile) COLORSTEEL-based steel tile | Same basis as COLORSTEEL — perforation up to ~30–50 yrs, paint/coating up to ~18–20 yrs, depending on product and environment. |
| Concrete & clay tiles Monier NZ | ~50-year performance/colour warranty on new tiles installed to spec. New profiles bought new; older/discontinued profiles are sourced second-hand/reclaimed and don't carry a new-product warranty. |
| Flexible pointing Flexipoint / Point Works | Flexible pointing that moves with the roof so it resists cracking out. Flexipoint: 10-year material replacement warranty when applied to spec. Backed by our workmanship warranty. |
| Mortar / bedding Dricon (Firth) | Bedding mortar for fixing concrete & clay tiles; meets NZS 4210:2001. Covered as part of the pointing/ridging work. |
| Guttering & downpipes COLORSTEEL / COLORSTEEL Maxx & Marley PVC | Steel spouting carries the COLORSTEEL coating warranty for your environment (Maxx for more exposed zones); Marley PVC systems are warranted rust-free and UV-resistant per the manufacturer. Backed by our workmanship warranty. |
| Miscellaneous consumables Bunnings / Mitre 10 | Fixings, sealants and sundries — covered by the normal manufacturer/retail warranties. |
